Goal: Create a Web Presence for CODA Management

CODA Management came to MK Digital Media after a frustrating experience with their previous designer.  After a year of working back and forth with the other firm, there was still no content on their website and the design styles were off-base from their brand imagery.

CODA Management is a Professional Real Estate Services business headquartered in Warren, PA.  They wanted an easy and flexible mapping tool with the ability for in-house administrators to add listings themselves.

Real Estate Web Design Strategy

MK Digital Media put together a modern responsive design that focuses on what users want: easy to find real estate properties with lots of images and information.  We were able to install a WordPress content management system on a new hosting plan with an SSL Certificate and an automatic backup engine.

Along with a custom WordPress template, a property listing engine, and a listing-driven map based on gps coordinates, we were able to get a dynamic informative content-driven website together that is easy to navigate and maintain.

The real estate website had to appeal to users visually, convert possible leads, and also drive organic search traffic for web users looking for residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.
