Farm to Table Pittsburgh is the healthy eating program for American HealthCare Group. The program is designed for schools and employer groups to learn about where food comes from, the benefits of eating local, and how to access fresh food.
Farm to Table Pittsburgh wanted to be a go-to resource for locavore (local food lovers) in the Western Pennsylvania region. Their annual conference is reaching its 10-year point and they have added three local food tastings to the calendar to keep people excited about what the region has to offer.
The first step we took to improving consumer traffic on the website was to build the Local Food Guide, a business directory of local food producers. The directory has the ability to allow members to submit and manage their own listings.
A paywall can be integrated for members to upgrade their listing or add coupons or banner ads to the site.

Everyone loves food! People proudly post their plate on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We installed an image gallery that pulls content from Pinterest, Flikr, Facebook, and Instagram to keep site visitors engaged.
